I have always loved writing and have done it in my own personal time for a long time, but only recently have I decided to venture into the freelance world. I earned my degree in English Literature in 2017 from UC Santa Cruz. During my time in college I really discovered who I am as a writer, my strengths & weaknesses, and my style.

After college, I worked seasonally in Ketchikan, Alaska from 2018 until 2020. During my time there, I took advantage of every opportunity that presented itself to me in order to gain unique experiences and learn new skills. As a result, I truly galvanized my love and appreciation for the wilderness and the wildlife that is in it. Additionally, I honed my talents as a leader and problem solver.

Since 2020 I have been an English & Social Studies teacher at a few different schools. I have experience teaching 5th grade and 12th grade English at the classroom level, and tutoring almost all ages one-on-one. I have learned so much about my own abilities through my experience as a teacher that I am confident in my ability to provide strong and effective writing pieces for my clients.
